Terms of Service

These Terms form an agreement between you and RewardWish. By creating an account, signing in, or otherwise using RewardWish, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where you live, whichever is higher. You must be legally permitted to use rewards and survey services in your location and able to enter into a binding agreement.

Some activities have additional country, age, device, demographic, or account requirements set by the provider. Meeting RewardWish's eligibility rules does not guarantee eligibility for every activity.

• You may maintain only one RewardWish account unless we approve otherwise.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it current.
• You may not sell, transfer, share, or rent your account.
• You are responsible for activity conducted through your account and sign-in method.
• You must notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

RewardWish assigns each account a stable UUIDv4. We may use that identifier with approved providers to attribute activities and callbacks without exposing our internal database identifier. The UUID is not a password and does not authorize access to your account.

RewardWish lets eligible users discover third-party surveys, games, offers, promotions, and referrals, record validated rewards, and request supported redemption methods when available. RewardWish is not a bank, stored-value account, employer, or investment service. Displayed balances are promotional reward records until a valid redemption is completed.

Features, activities, countries, exchange rates, reward values, payout methods, and minimum redemption amounts may change. We do not guarantee that any particular activity or payout method will always be available.

Activities are often supplied and controlled by independent providers. Their terms and privacy policies apply in addition to ours. Providers decide targeting, qualification, completion, validation, reversal, and availability. You should review an activity's requirements before starting it.

You may be screened out, disqualified, or receive no reward when you do not qualify, abandon an activity, miss stated requirements, use information that is inaccurate or inconsistent, repeat an offer, or when tracking cannot be verified. RewardWish is not responsible for the content, products, support, or conduct of third-party providers.

A displayed or pending reward is not final until RewardWish receives and validates the relevant provider confirmation. Processing may be delayed by provider review, fraud checks, technical issues, or chargeback periods.

We may withhold, correct, cancel, or reverse rewards that were duplicated, issued in error, rejected or charged back by a provider, linked to prohibited conduct, or otherwise not validly earned. If a reversal makes your balance negative, future rewards may be applied to that balance before a withdrawal is permitted.

Questions about missing credit must be submitted with truthful supporting information within the period shown by RewardWish or the provider. A support request does not guarantee credit.

When withdrawals are enabled, you must meet the displayed minimum, maintain an active account, use a payout method you are authorized to use, and complete any identity, tax, anti-fraud, or payment verification we reasonably require.

Processing times are estimates. Payment providers may impose their own limits, fees, exchange rates, or account requirements. We may pause a withdrawal while reviewing suspicious activity, provider reversals, account ownership, or legal compliance.

You must not:

• create or control duplicate accounts or make self-referrals;
• use bots, scripts, emulators, automation, click farms, or fabricated identities;
• use VPNs, proxies, location spoofing, device manipulation, or cookie clearing to evade rules;
• submit false, rushed, copied, random, or inconsistent survey responses;
• repeat an activity that is limited to new or first-time users;
• interfere with tracking, callbacks, security controls, or another user's account;
• exploit errors or retain rewards you know were credited incorrectly;
• use RewardWish for unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing activity; or
• misrepresent RewardWish, a provider, or an advertiser.

We may use technical and provider-supplied signals to enforce these rules and may share relevant fraud information with affected providers where permitted by law.

Referral rewards are subject to the rules displayed with the promotion. Each account may have only one referrer, self-referrals are prohibited, and a referral may be rejected when accounts appear related, duplicated, fabricated, or created primarily to obtain a bonus. We may modify or end a promotion, but changes will not remove rewards already validly earned unless they are later reversed for a reason permitted by these Terms.

Our Privacy Policy explains how RewardWish handles personal information. By using provider activities, you also direct us to send the limited account, UUIDv4, device, location, and attribution information needed to display and validate those activities, as described in that policy.

RewardWish and its software, design, branding, text, and original content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or commercially exploit RewardWish except where applicable law does not permit that restriction.

We may restrict, suspend, or close an account when we reasonably believe these Terms were violated, information is inaccurate, the account creates legal or security risk, a provider requests action, or continued service is no longer practical.

Valid undisputed rewards will be handled as required by applicable law and these Terms. Rewards connected to fraud, abuse, provider reversals, or an outstanding negative balance may be withheld or cancelled. Provisions that logically survive closure remain effective.

RewardWish is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, activity qualification, earnings, or third-party performance.

To the extent permitted by law, RewardWish will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost opportunities, lost data, or losses caused by a third-party activity or provider. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limits your mandatory consumer rights.

We may update RewardWish and these Terms to reflect new features, providers, risks, or legal requirements. The updated Terms will be posted here with a new effective date. If a material change requires notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide it. Continuing to use RewardWish after an effective update means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the RewardWish operator, without overriding consumer protections that must apply where you live. Before bringing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and make a good-faith effort to resolve the issue informally, unless applicable law gives you an immediate right to another process.
