Privacy Policy

RewardWish is a rewards platform available at rewardwish.frostyice.id. In this policy, “RewardWish,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of the RewardWish service.

This policy applies to the RewardWish website, accounts, reward balance, referrals, withdrawals, customer support, and integrations with survey and offerwall partners. A partner's own privacy policy also applies when you open or complete its activity.

Depending on how you use RewardWish, we may collect:

• Account information: your name, email address, profile image, Google account identifier, country, locale, account status, and account creation date. If you continue as a guest, we create an account with a random guest name and no email address or Google identifier.
• Reward information: activity completions, reward amounts, ledger entries, referral relationships, balances, withdrawal requests, payout status, and transaction or idempotency references.
• Stable provider identifier: a randomly generated UUIDv4 assigned to your account. We may send this identifier to an offerwall or survey provider so that a verified completion can be credited to the correct RewardWish account. It is not a password or authentication credential.
• Technical information: IP address, browser and device information, request headers, cookies, session information, timestamps, diagnostics, and security or fraud signals.
• Support and verification information: messages, screenshots, and any identity, tax, or payout details required to review an account or process a withdrawal.

Survey answers are generally collected directly by the survey provider. RewardWish may receive status, eligibility, completion, reversal, and reward information, but we do not need to receive the full contents of your survey answers.

We use information to:

• create, authenticate, maintain, and secure your account;
• show eligible surveys, offers, referral details, balances, and payout methods;
• match signed provider callbacks to your stable UUIDv4 and credit valid rewards;
• review reversals, disputes, duplicate activity, abuse, and suspected fraud;
• process withdrawals and meet payment, accounting, tax, and legal obligations;
• provide support, measure reliability, and improve RewardWish; and
• send essential service messages and, where permitted, optional product updates.

We process this information as needed to provide the service you request, protect our and others' legitimate interests, comply with law, and honor consent where consent is required.

RewardWish uses essential cookies and similar storage to keep you signed in, protect requests, remember security state, and operate core features. Our authentication service uses encrypted session tokens.

Survey and offerwall partners may use their own cookies, device identifiers, attribution technology, or fraud-prevention signals. Their practices are controlled by their privacy policies. Blocking these technologies may prevent an activity from tracking or crediting.

We may share limited information with:

• Authentication providers, such as Google, to complete sign-in;
• survey and offerwall providers, including your UUIDv4, country, locale, device or attribution information, and other integration parameters needed to display, validate, support, and credit activities;
• hosting, database, security, analytics, communications, and payment vendorsthat process information for us under appropriate restrictions;
• authorities or affected parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, enforce our Terms, prevent fraud, or protect rights and safety; and
• a successor organization in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets, subject to applicable law.

We do not sell your personal information for money.

RewardWish and its providers may process information in Indonesia and other countries where they operate. Those countries may have different data-protection laws. Where required, we use contractual or other lawful safeguards for international transfers.

We retain account information while your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your name, email address, profile image, Google sign-in link, sessions, account identifier, referral code and connections, and game progress.

Reward ledger entries, offerwall reward records, and withdrawal records are kept after deletion for legal, tax, and accounting obligations, dispute resolution, chargeback windows, and protection against repeat abuse. We anonymize them when the account is deleted: they no longer point to an account, your IP address is removed, and saved payout details are erased.

Backup copies may remain temporarily until they are overwritten through normal cycles.

We use reasonable administrative and technical controls, including encrypted transport, authenticated access, rate limits, server-side validation, and restricted database access. No online system is completely secure, so you should protect your Google account and notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information, and to receive a portable copy. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent.

Delete your account. You can delete your account yourself in the app or on the website: open Profile and select Delete account. You can also make the request from our account deletion page. Deletion is immediate, permanent, and removes any balance that has not been withdrawn. Pending withdrawals must finish first.

For other requests, email support@rewardwish.frostyice.id. We may need to verify your identity. Some information may be retained where required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, payments, or legal claims.

RewardWish is intended for people who are at least 18 years old or the age of legal majority where they live, whichever is higher. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has provided information to RewardWish.

We may update this policy as RewardWish, its providers, or legal requirements change. We will post the new version here and update its effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the service.
