Delete your account in the app
This works the same in the Android app and on the website at rewardwish.frostyice.id.
- Open RewardWish and sign in with Google, or continue as a guest.
- Open the Profile tab.
- Scroll to Delete account and select it.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then select Delete my account.
Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out on this device. Signing in with the same Google account later creates a new, empty account. Guest accounts are deleted the same way. A guest account cannot be recovered once you sign out, and we cannot find it for you by email because it has none.
Ask us to delete it
If you can no longer open the app, email support@rewardwish.frostyice.id with the subject “Delete my RewardWish account”. Write from the email address of your Google account so we can match the request to your account. We may ask you to confirm who you are before we delete anything.
Before you delete
- Your balance is lost. Rewards that are not withdrawn cannot be recovered after deletion. Withdraw first if you are eligible.
- Pending withdrawals block deletion. Wait until a requested, reviewed, or processing withdrawal is finished.
- Deletion cannot be undone. Referral links you shared stop working.
What we delete
- your name, email address, and profile image;
- the link between your Google account and RewardWish;
- your sign-in sessions on every device;
- your account identifier, including the one shared with offerwall providers;
- your referral code and your referral connections; and
- your game progress.
What we keep, and why
We keep financial records so we can meet accounting, tax, and legal duties, handle provider reversals and chargebacks, and detect fraud. These are the reward ledger, offerwall reward records, and withdrawal records.
We detach them from you when your account is deleted. They no longer point to an account, your IP address is removed, and saved payout details are erased. What remains is amounts, dates, statuses, and the offer or payout method involved.
Backup copies may remain for a short time until they are overwritten. See the Privacy Policy for details.
